LaTonya Perry BSN RN, our esteemed leader, brings to the table a remarkable blend of executive management, clinical care, and long-term care expertise, honed over a rewarding 15-year career. A proud graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, LaTonya envisioned a home healthcare facility that genuinely served the client and family needs with compassion. As a former Director of Nursing, LaTonya’s leadership and vision are backed by a profound understanding of healthcare's administrative and clinical facets. She has demonstrated remarkable acumen in crisis management, evident from her successful establishment of a fully operational COVID-19 facility during the height of the pandemic, showcasing her adaptability and strategic thinking.
